Product
We source premium fabrics from some of the world's finest mills. Most of our men suits are made from wool and cotton blends. The wool includes merino wool in Super 120s, 130s, 180s, and up to 220s. Our suits fabrics are primarily from the UK, Italy, and Australia.
However, for Kaftans, we use cotton blended fabrics.
Yes. Our fabrics are biodegradable, primarily made from wool and natural cotton blends such as crepe and velvet. At OZHEA, environmental sustainability is a core principle, and we are committed to creating pieces that are both beautiful and eco-conscious.
Our suits are designed and patterned in Nairobi, Kenya. Final assembly and strict quality control are also carried out in Nairobi to ensure exceptional standards.
All our suits are half-canvassed by default. After cutting, each fabric goes through a careful layering process to ensure structure, durability, and elegance.
Measurements
You have three easy options:
- Follow step-by-step measurement guide using a tape measure. With a friend's help, it takes less than 15 minutes! Find this on the product detail page 'Enter Custom Measurements'
- Book a virtual appointment with one of our consultants and he/she will guide you through the process.
- Visit our Atelier in Nairobi and have your measurements taken. Find location on the Store Locator
Your saved measurements can be updated anytime in your profile.
Ordering
Yes, you do. This helps us keep updated records of your measurements and previous orders. Creating an account makes future shopping faster and easier.
Click "Login/Register," choose "Create an Account," and fill in your details.
Browse our collections, provide size/measurements, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Review your order before confirming payment.
If an item is marked "Unavailable," it may be out of stock or already in another customer's cart.
We accept VISA, M-Pesa, PayPal, Mastercard, and American Express debit/credit cards.
No, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please review carefully before checkout.
Enter your code in the "Voucher Code" field at checkout and click "Add."
You'll receive an email confirmation. Registered customers can also check "My Account" for status updates.
Orders are processed within 14–21 days (excluding public holidays), Kenyan Time (EAT).
Under the "Login" Button, there is "Track Order". Key in your Order Number generated from your receipt and it will give you real-time updates on the exact processing stage of your garment.
You'll receive an email confirmation. Registered customers can also check "My Account" for status updates.
